I am not sure what tenant data you use up in GLA, but down here we EXCLUSIVELY use IP because of its quality and price. I’ve known Greg and have used his info for over 15 years. My colleagues locally at CBRE, C&W and Voit use it too. I know Jerry Holdner in the OC Voit offices uses it too. We use IP for all of our mailing labels and data sets for our GIS mapping projects. I have access to Costar Tenant and Nexis/D&B, but the data is nowhere near the quality.
This isn’t a paid testimonial. I just feel that it is worth your time to have him give you a quick demo because the pricing is good for what we get. Any mail bounce-backs we get (and there are very few), we give back to him and he promptly makes changes so that is why the data is very good.
